Six days there still itching like crazy.

Ducklings do scratch a bit - new feathers are probably itchy.  Are they otherwise eating, drinking, pooping, napping, and running around?

I have to say give her some time and when she's done molting if there are any major problems with itching start getting worried. I had a gosling who just would not stop sneezing every time she drank water or ate she would sneeze I was really worried but she just grew out of it by the time she began molting.
