Aloha from Hawaii - Page 2

Hi Nohea

I've heard only bad things about Hale Malu, so I won't go wasting my time their. I've already got my Black Copper Marans from Chicken Scratch Poultry. They are wonderful to work with and ALL 20 of my BCM babies survived the long trip from Illinois.

As for my Orpingtons, they are such SWEETHEARTS. You should get some, you won't be disappointed. They are so friendly and love to be held. I call them lap chickens. Nice to see some locals on the site!frow.gif

I'll upload my pics of my babies real soon. Thanks!

Aloha from the Big Island!!

I mostly lurk on the marans, ameruacana and a few other threads so missed this post.  I need to start checking the "new member introduction" page regularly.

I would love to find a group of chicken people on the Big Island to chat with.

I have a few extra marans cockerels I need to find homes for if anyone is interested.  They are 4 months old.

Aloha!
