How to take care of wood duck ducklings

Im not sure how too take care of these ducklings everytime  i have them they die

You can put meal worms on their food and that can help them get started eating. Or you can put a domestic duck to start  them out then when they are eating good take it out. This is what I do and i have lost a lot less.
