Thinking girly thoughts in hopes of influencing nature. What do you think?

This is a young Polish chick... 7/8 weeks old or so.  The feathers on the crest are rounded/blunt when compared to some of the other chicks the same age/size.

 

Sorry the pics are slightly blurry.  My phone wasnt cooperating.

Its hard to tell for another 2 weeks, heres mine at 10 weeks, shes a pullet, thankgoodness because my daughter loves her!!

The chickdren/chicken~children: 3 pekins, 3 polish, 1 slw, 1 orpington, 1 cukoo maran.

Ha...thanks so much.  I don't like the waiting and we got this one REALLLLLLLY hoping for a pullet.  I guess I just have to play the waiting game!  Thanks for your input and pics.  You have a very cute little girl there!

Well, I didn't find out my Silkie was a cockerel until he was 16 weeks old, so it could be worse. lol. I guess we're asking for it when we pick these breeds.

HA!  No kidding right?  My husband said, Why dont you get birds that can be sexed at hatching?"  Because I love my little ornamental breeds!!
