We found this great amazing structure for free on CG i have to pic it up today for pictures.  It was already wired as a grow structure. The will have a 20x10 run as well.

The dimensions are

total structure  8lx2wx6h

top floor    2wx8lx2.5h

bottom     "       " x3.5h

There are 2 fluorescent lights on top with a light switch. here is a paint program mock up.  more pics later.  OH it also has reflective insulation board around the entire thing

The dimensions show 16 square feet for each of the two floors, so it will work for 8 chickens.

general rule of thumb - I provide 4 square feet per chicken inside and 10 feet in the run.  and I still let my girl free range most days. so 8 chickens - you want at least 32 square feet

16 feet is ok for 4 chickens and even then a little crampt....
