I'm not really sure what that makes the little guys but they are amazing. Still have 14 eggs to go, starting out to be a fun month.

Lucky you. That is awesome news good luck with other 14.

I had the most wonderful trip.  I met Kedreeva in Chicago and she gave me Lily a beautiful IB female, who has made herself at home already. I'm checking each night for an egg.  Kedreeva is such a wealth of information.  She loves her peas.  Her BF was nice too.  Then we went on to east of Indianapolis to Hopkin's Altenative Livestock.  Craig and Lisa themselves, their place, their birds left me in total awe.  Craig took the time to take my granddaughter and I on a tour.  It totally amazes me they work jobs, keep all those beautiful birds and have such a beautiful place. Craig is a wealth of information too. The picture I showed earlier of  the Midnight BS peacock doesn't do him justice he is even more gorgeous in person.  Both rode home great like they did it everyday.  Amazing there was very little smell for that long of a ride. One I guess never knows.  Then I went on and visited FBC's Pea Palace.  He has come so far in a short time.  Really was unique how he stretched the cables to hold the net.  I weasled him out of 2 of his Midnight BS eggs and 2 IB.  With the heat he warned me I might not get a good hatch.  I also got 2 IB chicks.  Their names are I 80 and I 70 recommended by FBC for the trip. I thought aweful cute and has stuck.  I'm going to loose one tomorrow as my granddaughter is begging to hand raise one.  I should of known.

Will get pictures but forgot my camera in the car and they picked up for service today.

I had some bad new that when I was gone.  Uno passed away. I am heart broken, he was my one an only first hatch and already my little buddy. The family is sticking to their story of just finding him dead, but I  think being the weekend probably some accident happened.  Best I don't know.  When I found no dirty dishes in the sink, bathroom clean, things picked up returning from my trip, I felt quilt in the Seaba house. Kind of like when you get flowers and it's not Mother's Day.

Today was the first bearable day we have had in a long time.  I cleaned chick house and rabbit cage and painted most of it.  Granddaughters and friend are going to paint the chicken house the next couple of days.  I'll buy extra paint, ha.  Granddaughter's mom (my daughter) said I could keep the girls.  I kind of remember those days.
