rabbit ate poisonous plant!

I had my rabbit out in the grass and didn't notice there was any wild carrot until she had a leaf in her mouth. I tried to pull it out, and I don't think she got any more. When I looked it up, the webpage only said it was toxic, not how toxic. She is back in her cage now with water and hay. Does anyone have experience with this?

my rabbits eat wild carrot every day?     Never heard of it being toxic.  We've gathered it for our bunnies every time we find it since I was old enough to be told "go feed the bunnies"

Now, I do know that the SEEDS are toxic, but I've never seen a rabbit eat the seeds.

She's fine now.  I don't know how toxic it is, it just says that online. It seems like they should be able to eat it because it is in the carrot family.

the SEEDS are toxic.    It is a member of the carrot family and can be eaten, even by people.    Now, it does bear a slight similarity to hemlock in look but I've never known a rabbit to knowingly eat something poisonous.

A lot of those lists just include the entire plant.  Usually because they aren't scientific lists but compilations of things that people have heard.
