New chickens

I will be getting 4 1 year old barred rock hens tomorrow, They will be laying fertile eggs. I would like one batch of chicks from them. should I keep one hen alone with her own nest box? These are my first chickens I have had, what is your advise?
 
If you leave the eggs in the box the hen might go broody and sit on them. It works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. But its worth a try!
