And got talked into buying 1 speckled Sussex and 2 silver laced Wyandotte pullets!!!! They're so cute!

I like that "and got talked into it". The two mutts can be taught to get along with the chicks, and besides in a couple of weeks they won't be the cute little fuzzybutts you have now. Not to say you won't still like and enjoy them but they only look like that for a little while.
why sell 2 mutts?

I know. I breed my hens upon request and both of the mutts were pullets. I didn't want more mixed chickens, I wanted an actual breed to sell, the mixed breeds don't sell too well. If I mix the SLW with my PR roo I will get RSL's. And the speckled sussex my brother wanted so I bough it for him

I am doing another hatch upon request of a mill near my house. They asked if we could hatch some chicks due to people asking for some. I am planning on doing a small hatch of 32-36. Half Production Red and half mixed. Eventually someone will come buy looking for chicks and buy them for $2.

Where do you live? Wish I had a place nearby that needed chicks hatched.. I have a hen who wants to be broody all the time. She's currently cooking a batch right now.

I live in Pennsylvania. The Speckled Sussex and two Silver Laced Wyandotte's I got are supposed to be frequently broody... We'll see in a few more months!
