I have a bantam chick who is about 4 weeks old and is flying out of the brooder! The two BR pullets are about 2 and a half or three weeks old, and are trying to fly out, too! Can they move to the coop?

Not sure what the temperatures are at night in Minnesota. If they have developed most of their feathers and temps are not dropping below about 50 degrees they can go out to the coop. You may want to give them a heat lamp to warm it up a little at night. The younger ones still need about 75-80 degrees. They will huddle together to keep warm. Mine went out at 4 weeks and the temps were dropping into the mid to low 50's at night. The only feathers they were missing were their heads.

, my two week old chicks discovered they have wings today. All of them are taking turns flapping and jumping. Fortunately, I have a wire rack covering the top of their enclosure...
