Cochin breeding question (Black with Mille fleur & Blue parents)

I have 2 black cochins (one cockeral, one pullet). They both came from the same father (a mille fleur cochin) and mother (blue cochin). First of all, because they are brother and sister is it okay for them to mate (obviously I don't know anything about breeding... but I thought "inbreeding" helped keep good bloodlines, or something, in the chicken world???) I'd like to sell them as a pair, but only if they're offspring won't end up having two heads, and 18 toes. I don't need folks coming back to me...

Also, is it possible for their offspring to be mille fleur pattern, even though they're both black? Again, dad was mille fleur, mom blue.

Thanks!

your not supposed to breed brother to sister you however you can breed son to mother and daughter to father.
