Can you help me confirm the sex of my chicks?

I think I have the sexes right, but I would like some confirmation from those with more experience than I. All of my chicks came from Meyer's  so they are hatchery stock. All of these chicks will be 6 weeks old on Monday.

RIR # 1 - I think this is definitely a cockerel do to the comb and wattle developement.

RIR # 1 Another shot

BR # 3 Another shot. The comb is yellow, but this chick is taller then the others.

Thank you. Yes I have been wondering about # 3. S/he is not as light colored as most of the BR roos that I have seen, but s/he stands more upright. I guess time will tell for sure.

First RIR looks like a roo to me. The rest look like pullets except maybe the last BR.

Barred rocks are all pullets.

First red is a cockeral.

Second red may be a cockeral. It has shading on the wings and some thickish legs. Just have to watch and see.

Third red looks like pullet.

Well, the kittens aren't so cute anymore and the easter egger cockerels are in the freezer. Plus, I think offering them as "prizes" scared folks off! So, I'm still posting quotes, if you know it let me know. I'm very enamored of this new one, it may hang around for a while!

I have a couple of updated photos. It is amazing how much they have grown in 2.5 weeks. Here is RIR #1 I am sure I have a roo.

I am still not sure about BR #3, but I am leaning towards a pullet.

Even the RIR? That chick has a very red comb and wattles and large thick feet compared to the others. Most have agreed that is a roo, but he hasn't crowed yet and I am just going by others advice.

its just the comb. I have a RIR rooster, so your RIR is a pullet cause the tail is supposed to be geting big, and that blackish grreen, and she has nothing like that. one of my RIR pullets has a big comb, but does not mean thats she is a rooster. and  your RIR, is a pulet cause all her tail feathers are the same length, ill post a puc later today so you can see! big_smile.png
