I work at a factory and those were the pallets they throw away.  They make a nice coop, but it is hard to keep them square.  Its ok though the chickens don't mind. I went with an open air design and by doing this the coop really don't stink like some of the other coops I've been in.  The dirt floor is great and actually easy to keep clean.  I am happy with it 8ftX16ft coop for just a little over $200.

This is my lovely pallet tractor.  The frame from the pallets makes a great frame for the run. Stating a new project with scrap lumber i got yesterday. I will post pics when its done.

Looks good!! The only reason I went so big was to have room to grow.  We are actually looking at hatching some eggs.jumpy.gif  So I might have to build a brooder.he.gif
