Yes, they look to be hatchery stock BR. I'd also feel confident on them being pullets, but sometimes the cockerels shows himself just a wee bit late. If you see a comb go red, and little red wattles appear in the next two weeks, then THAT would be a sure sign of a cockerel. So far, so good.
