i wouldnt consider them hybrids at all they at least have 3 different chickens in them to me they are just barnyard mutts that should lay very well
 
In the chicken world the term Hybrid is often used for describing mixed breeds. However, for scientific purposes you are correct hybrids are the crossing of mixed species usually resulting in infertile offspring
