Yeah, you're right. My grandmother is a seamstress, they sew dresses and hems, pants and skirts, etc.

 

And, by the way, welcome to BYC! You'll find out soon enough that I'm practically a scientist and a psycologist, I promise you. XD

yes it is a woman who makes, repairs clothes, usually by sowing. That is a good idea, fill out the form on the FP if you want to join.
