Can anyone tell me the breed, and sex?

5 weeks old, came from a white egg (if that helps with breed).  I am more concerned with rooster or hen.  Sorry that the pix aren't great, the chick was running in and out of the coop.

Does it have feathers on the feet? It looks like a buff brahma.

No feathers on the feet, it's got black legs/feet.

umm I don't know, it's marked like a buff brahma. Perhaps it's a crossbreed.

The only breeds I know of with black skin are silkies and sumatras and easter eggers have grayish legs.

It came out of a white regular sized egg.  compared to the size at the store it would have been a large egg.  But i guess that doesn't meant anything about what the rooster could have been.
