No, it's not mine! barnie.gif but all I can say is Wow!! I sure wish it was.  Check this one out. I love the design but not sure how the dark color would work in extreme heat unless it was constantly in the shade or just add air conditioning. Ha Ha!

Really a beautiful coop. Lot's of planning and hard work there. I would have used latches, don't know that I would trust a magnet of any sort to hold the doors shut.

I'm not an expert,"ex" is a has been and a "spurt" is a drip under pressure!

I wondered about those magnets to RonC.  It would  have to be really strong magnets. I'd think if a chicken leaned against the door it might just open right up!

Thank you for posting that!! Not only because it's super to look at, but because I now know how I can do the door to the run below my coop! Added spring to my list of "need"s!

Mama to 2 boys and 1 girl. Wife to my great Marine.
Chicken mama to: 1 Black Australorp (Izzy), 1 Blue Splash Marans (Buttercup), 1 Welsummer Bantam (Millie - our hernia gal), 1 Black Cochin Frizzle Bantam (Meep) - arrived home 8/22/12

First egg 1/21/13 from Izzy! **RIP Izzy 4/3/13**

Super to look at! Ain't it though!  I loved it. Glad it helped with the spring idea.  I'm thinking of building one similar myself for my bantam cochins.

I wouldn't use magnets on my door either, but I did use then for my 3 windows. I have a rope and pulley system to open and close them and the magnets work pretty good there. The person who built that coop really did a nice job. He/She really took their time on it.

7 Australorps, 6 Buff Orpingtons, 1 production red, 1 young bared rock roo, 1 pair of Old English Game Bantams, 4 bantam hens, 4 Freakin' cats,  (RIP Cookie) best dog ever, 1 dog sky(smartsmartsmart), and a variety of new chicks.
