Anyone with info??? Young hen suddenly can't walk

Opened the coop this morning to find one hen in the back.  When others exited, she fluttered around but couldn't stand.  I've had her isolated in a dog carrier all day.  She's eating and drinking. Stools look normal.  She doesn't appear to have an injury to either leg and she can move both legs but can't stand - like her equilibrium is off.  No changes in feed or habits - our hens spend most days loose in the yard.  I don't see signs of respiratory distress.  Any advice will be appreciated.

middle or inner ear infection maybe?  Are her legs ok?

She's started flexing her toes together.  Still eating and drinking.  Giving her vitamins and electrolytes.

She's still hanging in there - seems alert, drinking and eating.  She can move her legs but can't seem to get them under her and when set down on them tips over/doesn't get any footing.  Her toes are curled together now.  No injuries anywhere.  She's still isolated in a large dog crate and the rest of the girls seem fine.  Still looking for advice....
