This little one is giving me trouble. Big legs, biggish comb, girlish coloring and no noticeable saddle feathers. Feathered in more like a girl too. I'm still thinking cockerel, but I'm very perplexed! 8.5 weeks

Some of the brothers. They have bigger and redder combs than the mystery kid. And different coloring.

And the sisters for comparison

Looks like, including my guess, we have a split decision. Well, I guess at least that makes me feel better that I haven't been able to figure it out yet. I've never had this much trouble trying to sex a chick before

Just checked the poll and looks like most of those said girl. Oh, I hope they're right I so want to keep this one and I can only swing keeping to boys. I've already picked the 2 I'm keeping.
