First eggs most nutritious??

My moms been telling me in the first few weeks when my flock starts laying their eggs the eggs will be the most nutritious compared to the rest of their own eggs. Her logic is that they've had a lifetimes build up of nutrients from food and bugs and veggies. I'm skeptical, google showed nothing. I am aware egg color doesnt influence nutrition and free ranging is better. Opinions thoughts comments?

Although I don't have scientific evidence I would tend to agree.  I have noticed when I get eggs from a certain hen that doesn't lay very often that her yolks are darker than the others even though they all have the same diet.
