In late May my 2 FM hens went broody, unexpectedly, of course. I run two trios together, one trio of FMs (Blue Copper roo w/ Black Copper and Wheaten hens, one trio of Blue Wheaten Ameracaunas. I got 7 little fuzz balls zipping around 2 vicious broodies and me with a camera ;) Yes, I got pecked a couple times :) The two little yellow puffs are SFs, a pair....

I know it's early, but I have to consult with the experts here on BYC, test your skills! I would love to have an OE, but I'll be happy if you tell me I don't have 5

roos!fl.gif I love the group shots! Thanks for looking at them!

This one has feathered legs

yuckyuck.gif .... I just wanna hold 'em.....and mammas won't let me!

I'm trying to keep up a photo album of changes for each chick, to see how they morph. So maybe the next time this happens, there may be some method to the madness...But then, if that were possible, somebody else would've already done it hmm.png
