For the turkey, take a sterilized needle and puncture the infected area. Pinch and drain the infection once a day, use some antibiotic ointment on it under a band aid. This should help.
 

I usually get a new syringe with a 16 guage or 18 guage needle on it  and stick it into the swollen area.  Then I slowly pull back on the plunger (slow because you can feel the resistance) and just suck the gunk out.  Once it's out, I get a new needle and syringe (20 guage or so this time) and put the Tylan 50 right into the sinus.  I do one treatment, then wait 48 hours to see how it looks to see if I need a second treatment.  I have never done a second shot, the swelling has always been gone.  Keep in mind, if it is  mycoplasma, that's a virus and antibiotics won't do anything for the virus itself.  The swelling would be from a secondary bacterial infection and that's what you will be treating.  The virus won't go away, and the bird will remain a carrier (and MG can be passed through the eggs).  The only way to tell if that is the cause would be to have your birds tested.

I want to add that having to trim a turkeys beak isn't common.  Some birds for whatever reason don't keep them worn down like most birds do.  I have one peahen that tends to have her beak get overgrown, but never had that with any other birds. 

Been seeing posts of this "infection". I must say but not to scare the poo out of anyone BUT there is a disease that looks like that.

There are many diseases & parasites they can get. I keep these sites in my favorites.

Did you know your chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys & even dogs can catch parasites & diseases from wild birds, rabbits, mice & even roaches etc... just something to think about.

Your live stock such as goats can get rabies, not just your cat or dog.

Some diseases can live in the soil for MANY years.

Add Sulmet to his water. He has Cocci (I may have spelled that incorrectly). It will eventully spread to both sides of his face if its not taken care of. The Sulmet will take care of the problem. You can get it at any Tractor Supply Company (TSC). Follow the directions for dosage on the bottle.

I use pedipaws to trim beaks ( had 2 cross beaks that needed regular trimmings) it works great and lets you shape the beak as well without going to far. It also works on spurs to. hope he gets better

I was told it was a Mosquito bite as my bird, like yours it seems, is perfectly active and healthy otherwise.  I dont even get any discharge when you push on it.

I'm guessing that my next step is the puncture, drain, and refill method.

UPDATE:

My other bird had a swollen head for a while and I couldnt figure it out. Again I was told that it was a mosquito bite reaction. However I deciced she needed a bath to clean up the area. Most importantly to get rid of a feather that got stuck to it overnight. When I got it wet enough to take the feather off I noticed a little discharge from the eye.

Remembering this post I decided to give it a good poke and some fluid and a tiny white speck oozed out.

That was enough confrimation for me and I squeezed it good, by this time she had stopped resisting and was happy to get some relief. There was a great deal of fluid and some of the chunky white puss. Looks like the bite triggered a reaction and minor infection in the tear duct.  Now that most of the large gunk is out its clearing up by the hour. I'll keep an eye on her eye and see if she wants another squeeze tomorrow.

So if you still have this problem and you're getting any white goop then give it a good push, your bird will thank you for popping the cap and letting the rest of the stuff ooze out.
