House Duck Toys???

My ducks love anything with tassles, they especially like my throw rug i keep on the couch which they have now claimed as theirs. i have now knitted them some tassles which i have attached to their pen. They also go nuts over rubber bands :)
 
Thank you everybody who contributed ideas to this thread! I took some of the tips & added some colorful stuffed animals & a mirror to my Mallards' brooder & it was a big hit! I was careful to choose items that were baby/duckling safe-- the stuffed monkeys have eyes that can't be plucked off & their long arms made it possible to tie them to the crate. The mirror is plastic rather than glass (so it's peck proof!) & I hung it on the wall outside the crate just to be safe. It's so fun to watch them play with their new toys (all purchased at the $1 store btw) I'm so glad I happened upon this website when looking for advice on my ducklings- the information & opinions have been invaluable!


My ducklings had fun pulling on the legs of the stuffed monkeys before snuggling up for a nap.


And my biggest duck played peek-a-boo in the mirror for an hour!

I'm curious about the rubber bands- Do you attach them to their pen?
 
Yes, I make sure they are secure as one if them swallowed one once. I tie them to the pen and they live nibbling on them and pulling at them. I tie some together to create a longer chain.

My little Muscovy duckling LOVES to play with his little bell :)
He just nibbles at it and swings it around
I also have a couple of little stuffed animals that he cuddles with

That is THE CUTEST thing I've ever seen. @DenverDucky I hear you have an emotional support duck? Is that true? Do you know of any others? I'm looking into doing it myself and having the hardest time finding information
