Roo or Pullet? Ameracauna or Easter Egger? Salt

Hi,

I am new to having chickens.  I have four supposedly Ameracauna chickens.  They are just over 11 weeks old.  I am posting them individually so there is no question which bird is being discussed.  They were bought from a feed store so I expect they are really Easter Eggers.

1) Do you think they are EE'ers?

2) Is this a roo or a pullet?

This one is Salt.   Salt is my very hopeful girl.  She has always been the smallest, is the bottom of the pecking order, has rounder hackle feathers, and her tail looks different than the other three.

I think my chickens may be older than I think.  I see pictures on here of others of about the same age and they still look young.  Mine look like full grown chickens.  They just need to gain weight.

They look about 11 weeks to me--chickens usually look fully feathered and much like their adult selves from about 2 months (depending on the breed), but they will take some time to reach sexual maturity and full weight.

Large, red comb + shiny, pointy hackle/saddle feathers + deep red splotchy color over the shoulders and back = Cockerel (and yes, it is an EE)
