Victor and/or Victoria ?

My hen Matilda hatched out 2 chicks on May 24th. (Canadas' Victoria Day)

I'm actually hoping the Polish/cross is a boy.(Victor?) He's got a cute little top knot.

The other is a mystery.(Victoria?)

The rooster daddy is a Rhode Island Red.

The eggs were laid by unknown breeds of hens and hatched by my polish/EE cross.

This is Victor ? See his little top knot?

This is Victoria ? Looks a golden eagle.

Anyone have a guess on gender? Or are they too young?

I would say both pullets.

Chickens: 5 Basque Hens, 4 Olandsk Dwarfs, 6 Swedish Flower Hens, and 3 Seramas.

Ducks: 1 Black Crested duck, 2 Muscovies, and a Mallard that visits every once in a while .

Geese: 2 Old English.

Chicks/Juveniles: 10 Basque Hens, 12 Swedish Flower Hens, 5 Rhodebars, and  2 Seramas.

OH Darn. If they're both pullets I'll have to rename one of them. HMMMM.

And I still want a roo. But they're easy to come by.

Looking pullet-ish to me too.

If you're concerned about the names--to go with Victoria Day you could just call the second one: Day, Vicky, la Reine, Queen...

HMMMM. I could call one Vicky and the other one Tori.

I may be glad there's no roo. My chicken math is waaaaay outta control. LOL.

I started out thinking about 5 hens would be nice ... we're up to 21 now with the new chicks. Jeesh!
