Quick raised run flooring advice please?

I am hoping to work on the floor of the run today or tomorrow, so I'd love some quick advice!

It is a slightly raised run, no grass access there right now, and I can't change that while we're renting here.

I have some supports running across to support whichever floor and bedding I choose.

Options I can think of:

1: Plywood over the entire thing, covered in cheap sheet vinyl like in the coop, then with sand or shavings over the top. And an edge put on all around to keep in the bedding.

2. Pine fence boards put across, sanded to avoid splinters (do I need to seal them?) and leave 1/8" spacing between each to allow for drainage for the rain we seem to be having a lot of. + bedding of choice (I don't mind if we lose a bit of sand down under there so long as it doesn't all fall through.)

3. Something I don't know of but you can share the specifics of it for me! The run will be 6ft x 4ft btw.

'The run is under the coop, but not completely covered so it will get some rain in it during storms.

Coop setup can be seen here:

For a run, I would leave the natural soil and cover it with 3 or 4 inches of sand for drainage and ease of cleaning. The birds will get rid of whatever vegetation there is.  The sand will drain well and be self cleaning to a point when the birds turn it over with the poop.

For a run, I doubt that the normal use would require a floor of any sort.
