Are you saying it is a cockerel because of the red face? The comb itself does not look very big. EE covers alot of birds, doesn't it, so what breed i it? I really like that head and face. Others have explained why it is a cockerel.  EE is not a breed.  It is a generic term used to designate crossbred birds which carry the 'colored egg' gene.  EE are basically mutts which may lay eggs in a variety of colors.

Well I was using EE for lack of a better term. I have 4 that are actually purebreds, but I don't know what they are yet. I was just looking at Cackle Hatchery's (where they came from) website and looked at their Bantam EE/Americanas and their chick picture show all the chicks with light legs. I have a thread with all their pictures if you want to see them.

thanks everyone! looks like in a couple months i'll be saying bye bye to two of my beautiful roosters :(
