You can candle any day lol thumbsup.gif

Friesians, Sebrights, Barnevelders, Araucanas, Cream Legbars, Dutch Bantams, Vorwerks, an Appenzeller Spitzhauben, a Sabelpoot and a few crosses .

last batch i candled up till lock down hoping the undeveloped ones would show improvment.  i was right they were bad and most the ones that i candled daily still hatched.

 

although

 

i decided now to candle at a week

then at two weeks and not over expose them to lowered temp

 

i was just too excited the first time

Candle up to 3 days before they hatch. I say 3 because i have 4 hatch 2 days early.

So when are their eyes developed enough and sensitive to light?
