Easter Egger Roo or Pullet?

I named this Easter Egger Lita Ford because I thought she looked like she had big 80s hair.  Now I'm wondering if she is actually a he! She is just about 16 weeks old.

Oh boy. This one is a toughy.... She/he has pointed neck feathers. I wanna say rooster but I am not sure because she/he also looks like a pullet in some ways.

They're pointed, but it might be exaggerated by the color and they seem kind of fat and neat (and not enough of them) to be a cockerel's hackles. But, I agree, the pointy feathers were making me unsure, too.

Thanks! Her coloring and feather shape are so different than what I've seen for pullets that I just don't know. No crowing, but my for sure BO roo that is the same age isn't doing that yet, either.

Anyone else care to weigh in?
