baby pools

We have had a heat wave come through, with temps of 104. My chickens already spend a lot of time in the mud around our pond. But they never get in the water. Would it be okay to put a hard plastic baby pool out for them? Or a sprinkler?

Mine wouldn't ever use the pool so I just run water on the ground for them to stand in.

I'm out of eggs. But I know where some brown ones are. I now raise big Ol' Honkin' Bob Whites & Layed back Coturnix. Pray For Rain In Texas!
