melanistic mutant ringnecks?

i bought eggs at Topeka bird auction and were told they were melanistic mutant ring neck pheasants. out of 18 only 3 hatched I'm sure that was my fault as i kept the eggs a little to long before getting them in the incubator. out of the 3 one was almost completely black and the other 2 were spotted, almost look like two different breed of pheasant. can anyone tell me if they are truly the same breed?

group with pheasant.jpgthe first one is the one on the far right with the spotted head.

group with pheasant 2.jpgthe second is on the left in this pic.

thanks again

Yes they are the Melanstic Ringnecks. I didn't see the one on the right only the one on the left.
