This might be a stupid question but when can you? I've read on hear that the first few eggs might be messed up sometimes. The first two we cracked open and they looked alright. Any thoughts?
Just a dumb old farm boy here, but we never wasted any eggs - too hungry for that.
They can be messed up. The size, the shell strength, the number of yokes, but the insides are usually as eatable as any other.
