6+ BLUE MARANS  You will hatch Blue, Splash, Black some cuckoo possible from the Blue Hens. There are a couple of Blue Copper Marans pullets in this pen for now so that is a possibility.  You will hatch both clean and feather legs. Blue Marans are Davis/Valentine. I have added new generation pullets to this pen so you will receive pullet eggs too.

6+ Black Copper Marans- show birds possible with this pen. Juveniles sold in 2011 have been shown and won! Cockerel was first in his group at Nationals. Pullet won her show in IN 12/3/11. Into 5th generation clean legs are popping up. All breeders are feather leg. Jeane/Presley lines

6+ Blue Copper Marans- these were created with my own black coppers and blue marans. I also have a pair of Greenfire Blue Coppers in this pen too. You will hatch blue copper, black copper and splash copper from this pen. The hens/pullets have little coppering in the hackle and I am working on that along with egg color. Right now egg color is nice. It will lighten up as they lay of course.

6+ Birchen Marans- Greenfire and outside Davis line. I have Black Birchen and Blue birchen in this pen. So you can hatch Black/Blue/Splash birchen. What others have not said about these is you can also hatch Black Coppers. My Greenfire hen throws both Black Birchen and Black Copper. Wanted to mention it so you are not disappointed like I was when the hackle color came in. Even the outside eggs I bought from BYC had all but one pullet that is Black Copper and not Black Birchen. The Greenfire lays a nice dark egg. My black birchen hen was laying a nice 7! Also the males from can show gold in the saddle area. With that said this pen has produced a roo that is now in Manilla (Phillipines) and starting some blue birchens and crossing with their meat producers!

10+ Splash Marans- Davis/Valentine lineage. I am into my 4th generation of this closed flock. This pen has produced a pair that is now in Manilla (Phillipines) starting Splash Marans there! The eggs are very light now as they have been laying for quite some time. At their darkest they were laying 5-6. Every now and again I get a 7 from this pen!
