There is a spam message in my profile

I just found a spam message in my avatar album! Can someone please remove it? These spammers are really irritating me now. somad.gif I've been reporting them as I find them, but I can't see that option in my profile. Must confess I didn't look. hmm.png

I haven't been on the site long... But the movie advertising scammers bug the crud out of me.

Report them if you see them. Click on the red flag in the left corner. Some of them are not obvious, so if you're not sure check if it's a brand new member, i.e. first post and if there's links. And check your profile! I can't believe the cheek rant.gif

I know, it's insane. I found one on my avatars album too the other week. If you hover over the comment, a little red flag that says "Flag" appears next to the username of the person who posted it. Use that to report.

P.s. And about the movie spam, there's been new threads every night recently -.-

Yeah, I find about 4 every day and yesterday I think I found about 7. Some are for products too, like clothes or computer goods, but they are not always obvious, like the movie ones. The spammers are getting clever.

I'll go report my bug now, thanks for the tip!

 

O.K. saw the report flag. Duh... wasn't looking. Sorry!

We work hard to find the balance between blocking legit members and spammers.  It's often hard to tell the difference until they start posting.    Please continue to report them and we'll keep banning them!

I just found another 8 spam threads in 2 different sections. rant.gif Luckily they mostly stick to one section. Except for one clever spammer... post count was 4 and only saw 1 of them, so I had to look through the entire forum to track down the other 3! That was interesting. lol.png
