Chick poo!

Hello everyone,

I have two 6 week old chicks (I have had them for just 3 days) and I have noticed one of their poo is very different to the other. I haven't got to feed them anything but chick starter crumbles which they seem to love-I havent introduced any fresh foods just yet. One chick has really mushy, quite smelly, light brown poo whilst the other seems much darker with a bit of white. I'm concerned about the light brown, mushy and smelly one! Can anyone offer some advice on how their poo is meant to be? Also, I have read about worms in poo - what size worms would they be?

Thanks so much in advance!

The light brown smelly poop is cecal poop. It is normal for a bird to excrete cecal poop about every 8th dropping.

Here's the poop chart for you to look at:
