Gapeworm, worms and not eating

Hi Everyone, I am a new chicken owner with 5 chickens. I assumed that my chickens where wormed when I bought them but they weren't. My beautiful silkie got tapeworm last week and thankfully she lived. I freaked and went to the vet and got all my chickens wormed and also I have put liquid wormer in their water. I feel like they are not eating as much as they used to. There poo seems to be reasonably normal. It also seems they are hiding out in their house and not in the coop area. They are about 14 weeks old.

Am I over doing it with the worming?

How do I know if the worming product has worked properly?

Am I over doing it with the liquid wormer?

Could it possibly be time for them to have nesting boxes in there house?

Stop worming them immediately, you'll kill them.

Thank you for your advise, I will replace their water with fresh water.
