Barred Rock chick - roo or pullet?

I have read a lot on here about sexing BRs, but I have a question about one of my new chicks. They are 2.5 weeks old, so I know it's really early, but is this looking like a roo? I really hope not as they aren't allowed in my county. I have 2 BRs in my little flock, one is darker than this one, for sure, but I am not sure if just having one to compare makes this one a "he". Anyone have any thoughts? IMG_0199.jpgIMG_0195.jpgThanks!!!

The difference between boy & girl is clear at 3 weeks (at least mine were). Girl on left.

Thank you both! Aoxa, your pic helped! That's what I was hoping, I guess one of my girls just has more white than the other, but she is still relatively dark!

They are.  We have two, and one hatched out in our last batch of babies.  They're good sturdy chickens too.  I call ours Salt and Pepper.
