Genders if able PIC HEAVY - Page 2

I'm not concerned about the mix-up; it's not like having the Brahmas will be a problem. I mostly wanted to know genders; I'm always concerned about roos fighting and would hate to see any of my babies injured for any reason. Not only that, but I do like the look of Brahmas, so no harm in keeping something larger than the bantams. If one of them ends up being a hen, I can always give it to my grandfather.

Time for some new pictures. They're not the best, but these are at about 7 weeks old; I've since lost one of my Seabrights to a storm (or so my brother tells me. Not pleased with that. It's the first loss from my babies). But anyway...I've since decided that my brahmas are a male and female, my silkie is definitely a roo (bright blue ear folds or w/e are growing in now), my frizzle is definitely a roo (and has a napolean complex), and the pure white one breed unknown is also a male. I think, and hope, that all the rest are pullets.

Chick #3 - Brahma, Roo. "Rawhide" I'm slowly falling in love with these Brahmas just cause they're so pretty despite being oddly plain.

My remaining Seabright, Agate. He/She seems a little upset to have lost their other Seabright friend, but it's kinda cute to watch him/her snatch food from the beaks of the two big meaties. The second pic is the two Seabrights together; Agate's the one in the back, Pyrite's the one I lost.

Here's Foofy, my Silkie roo. I might just keep him even if he is a roo just cause I adore silkies and he's a real sweetie, really.

One of my OEG chicks, known as London.

And my other OEGB, Oxford.

And last, but not least, a picture of my little flock where you can pretty much see all of them. The Brahma on the right is Valentine, the pullet. You can see in the pic the size and colour difference for the combs and wattles (and lack thereof).

1, 2, 3, 4, and 9 are all roos. I love your little birdies. big_smile.png

I was seriously thinking that one of the Brahmas was a pullet; I need to take recent pictures I guess, but Rawhide (#3) has very distinct wattles, comb, and ear-folds and all are quite red whereas Valentine (#2) has none of the above. Just pale pink skin; no comb or wattles. But I have no doubt that #1 and #4 are roos. I was feeding them today and #4 was quite aggressive about getting what he wanted and where he wanted. He even pushes around the meaties that are, like, four times his size. Haha. Needless to say, I likely won't keep him. I don't want overly-aggressive birds; it's a habit my family has. We tend to breed anything we keep as much for personality as for body-type.

Is there anyway I can tell the colouring on my OEGB? I mean, I'm not sure if they have another molt before they're final colouring comes in, but if not, can anybody tell me what they'd be classified as?
