I would treat with Corid for coccidia. Can be found at Tractor Supply for cattle, goats etc... Coccidia can make them sleepy, slow, off balanced and start loosing weight. May see blood in poo. Also listen to its chest for any wheezing incase it is coming down with an illness. Offer some vitamins in its water and possibly seperate it with a friend so it doesn't get trampled.

Thanks for the advise.   I will fill you in a little better.  First time chicken owner.  I have 25 blue wyandottes.  They are eating medicated crumbles.  They are doing very well...exept for one, i have that one seperate from the rest.  It eats, drinks,(i have him on vit. and sugar water) and poops, which looks very good, not runny or bloody.  He is just very wobbly and lays down alot.  I have found no injuries on him.  He is also breathing through his mouth.    Any other ideas for my little guy?

Sounds more like a respitory issue, if breathing through the mouth . Tylan 50 cattle injectable from Tractor supply company, given by syringe into the mouth, just a drop for five days.
What are you keeping them on, as sometimes cedar shavings can cause respitory issues.

My little guy did not make.  I feel bad for him.  I still have 24, that are growing very fast.  Is it common to loose a few chicks?   I went farm and fleet (no tractor supply around my area) they did not carry tylon 50, but they had tylasin is this the same thing?
