Pekin duck has foam in her eye and always looks wet/stained around eye - what medicine would help?

Help! Need some advise on what medicine to give my Pekin duck.  For the past week or two she has had foam coming out of her eyes and also the area right around her eye always looks wet/stained.  Her breathing also sounds whistely and she isn't eating as much as usual.  What would be the best medication to give her?

Thank you for any advise!

My babies: 1 Isa Brown, 1 White Leghorn, 4 Leghorn/EE mixes?, 1 Polish Silkie, 1 Polish Frizzle, and 2 Pekin Ducks.

Veterycin drops for the eyes- you can get them from just about any feed store. But she sounds like she is an outright respiratory infection. Most people pick up some Duramycin 10 at the feed store too. Add it to the water. Make sure duckie frequently has access to fresh clean water deep enough to clean his nares and wash his eyes.
