Three week old BO, pls help with gender

I have a 3 week old BO that I just adore. I have 3 other chicks that are Black Silkies, but only the BO is not afraid of me. The BO will willingly jump on my hand. I hope that "Buffie" will be a girl, I don't want to give her up. If you could help look at the pictures below and give me your opinion, it will be greatly appreciated. Also wondering if it is too young to tell yet..

Thanks in advance!

Mother to 2 Buff Orpingtons (Buffie and JLo), 1 Silkie (PT-Pink Toes), and 1 Easter Egger (Choco).

Picked up 3 Black Silkies and a BO on 6/18/12 from Asagi hatchery, 2 Easter Egger and a BO on 7/12/12 from WFS. Gave away 2 Silkies (Kung Pow & DeeDee) and 1 Easter Egger (S'mores) because they were roos.

Is three weeks still too young?

My vote would be for a roo.  Almost always your most adventurous and friendly chick will be a male (in my experience anyway, curse you lucky people with your cuddly female chicks :P ).

Also, for a 3 week old, he's got an awefull pink and well developed comb.
