Rescued pheasant needs new home added photo

Hello I was given a pheasant that was rescued from some cats trying to eat it. It is about 4-5 weeks old I do not know anything about pheasants and need to find this little one a home I live in Kansas so anyone in the are who raises pheasant would you like this little one please thanks for any help here is a picture can any one tell me what kind it is thanks for the help. Could some one please help me figure out what kind of pheasant this is and about how old, I really don't know anything about them and I am trying to do what is best for this little one. Any help would be great thanks.

It's a ringneck,about 10 weeks old..If it was caught from the wild it has wild instincts and will survive.

Thanks for the help I live in Kansas will it be okay and it was found in town not in the wild so not sure how it came to be in town. Thanks for the help.

I'm sure he came from the wild unless someone around there raises them and lost one.They do pretty good on their won anyways,as long as no cat gets ahold of him again.

Thanks for the help I found someone to take the little one who knows pheasant so all is well. Thanks again for the help.
