can anyone help me?

Thread Starter

I am starting a website that i am aiming to be a complete online resource for the information and rescue and rehabilitation of commercial hens. I am looking for people who have worked in commercial chicken/egg farms and hatcheries to fill in an online questionnaire so i can post it on my website for people to see a realistic account of a commercial hens life. you are welcome to be anonymous.

any help would be greatly appreciated as i just want to do as much as possible to help as many commercial hens be rescued into a retirement home rather than go to slaughter. please don't hesitate to PM me or email me at lynsey.rankin@o2.co.uk.

thank you :-)

You will be better off asking for owners of ex battery hens here, the people who work in those places are very rarely hen keepers as hen keepers would never allow or condone hens being kept in those conditions. if i can help in any way feel free to give me a shout x

I've seen a few exbat owners on here. I had some myself, for awhile. Very rewarding, but often difficult undertaking. A website dedicated to taking care of them sounds great thumbsup.gif

You are welcome to them. I'd better take some more. Live next to you? Then we can have hen parties all the time lol.png
