Won't leave the roost.

I have a 15th old hen that is the only one left on the roost out of11.  Her wings are droopy.  Does this mean that she is sick?  What should I do.  She was fine yesterday.

Any more symptoms? Whar color is her poop?

She has left the roost now.  There has been a black watery pooper dooper the last 3 days.  I don't know which one is doing it.  Some of the girls just started laying eggs this week.  The shells are not hard so I have just put out some oyster shell.  It's hot and dry out so the group is hiding deep in the bushes and are hard to observe.
