I AM getting better at sexing chickens! Thanks to everyone here...please verify these for me as I need to sell them. These are 14 weeks old

It would appear to me that they are all roosters. I'd need a better look at the back end of #1 to be 100% positive but #2 and #3 are definitely roosters. Some nice barred rooster though! Their feathers are still worth quite a bit for fly fishing and hair.

I couldn't tell by the width of the bars and I have read it both ways anyway. The combs are all pretty red. I had hought maybe the gray on the front of the legs of 1 and 3 might make the difference. I will get a pic of #1 with the tail.

I am keeping my Salmon Faverolles, Cochins, Cornish and a few bantams. Of the LF I only want to keep 1 or 2 roosters so won't be the Barred Rocks...hubby will need to pick another for his fly-tying.

I would put my money on all roosters.

Well, the kittens aren't so cute anymore and the easter egger cockerels are in the freezer. Plus, I think offering them as "prizes" scared folks off! So, I'm still posting quotes, if you know it let me know. I'm very enamored of this new one, it may hang around for a while!

ok...no big deal...just harder to get rid of as no one seems to want or need roos! Freezer bait!
