Thermometer Question With Pictures ... Please Any Advice Is Welcome And Invited - Page 2

Sounds good thumbsup.gif Did you get your fan working? My first couple hatches in my homemade cooler bators hatched a day early because temp was a deg higher than 99.5. I incubated in one and hatched in another bator. I kept humidity in incubator at 25% to 35% for first 18 days. I kept hatcher bator at 60 - 65% for lock-down.

Mine is at 50% for the first 18 days, then upping it to 60-70 for the last 3 days. I got it from the BYC "learning center". No, I decided to go with "still air" because these eggs are nothing special lol. All of them are at the same temperature now.

Thank you SO much for all the tips and good wishes. Without you, I wouldn't have calibrated the thermometers and fried all my eggs already !

Actually, they're Whole Food's "cage free fertile" eggs so I'm not REAAALLLY expecting anything, but you can check what's going on in the link in my signature !(:

Thanks x 100.000.000 !

I have read that others have done well getting hatching eggs from Trader Joes and Whole Foods so, I think it's a great experiment. I will subscribe to your blog and stay updated pop.gif
