Nest Boxes - When should we put them in coop?

Our girls are 13 weeks old.  Haven't installed nest boxes yet as we want to avoid them roosting in them ...when should we install them?

When they reach about 18 weeks.  that gives them enough time to get comfortable with them.  If they are firmly roosting on the perches you could do it sooner.

I don't get better with age, only more confused(ing).
