**EMERGENCY** PLEASE HELP, 5 day old silkie very lethargic, drowsy

hi,

one of my 4 silkie chicks dropped about 5 ft off the ground on to grass. she layed down and didn't move till i touched her, and i inspected her and she showed no signs of broken bones or wings. from then on, she was very sleepy and lethargic. but this was no surprise because when i got her, she was the smallest, she had a different color so she was bullied, and was always sleepy. she knew where the food and water was, but i never saw her eat much. she only pecked at the feed. Just now i isolated her because the other chicks were pecking at her, and i have given her a warm blanket to sleep on. i fed her a mixture of sugar water and starter through a squirter on the tip of her beak, and she is as full as a pig. she is sleeping right now next to some sun in my bedroom, but i am asking for any advice on how to keep her alive. i REALLY don't want her to die.

thank you so much,

Caohorse

EDIT:she is peeping really loudly and she misses the others, but if i put her back, she will get pecked badly. i cant get her to stop

You will need to make sure she is warm enough.  Put her under a lamp with a 40 watt bulb.

You could try putting a small stuffed animal in there to keep her company or a small mop head that she can hid under like a momma chick.

If she is peeping really loud it could also mean she is cold.
