Older chicks beating up on the baby :(

My 3 RIR have been beating up on my Wyandotte to the point that she has what looks like a straw of flesh hanging from her neck. I'll try to post pictures but she is eating and drinking water just fine, walking around and being her normal self. But when she is vocal it sounds very quite and soft...Not sure what to do. Should I leave her in the coop with the rest or take her out!

If she's being harmed this much you need to intervene and take her out of the situation.

Helen: Daria, do you have to look at everything in such a negative light?

Daria: Could you possibly be referring to the harsh light of reality?
